MINT™ PDO threads is a dissolvable suture made from a complex sugar called PDO (polydioxanone), which has been used in biomedical and pharmaceutical applications for many years because of its extremely safe profile.

What happens during a Mint PDO Thread Lift?
The treatment itself is relatively quick with no cutting or incisions involved.
Local anaesthetic is injected and this is all that is required for patients to remain comfortable throughout. It is generally very well tolerated an most clients don't find it particularly painful.
The threads are inserted under the skin via cannula and are pulled to produce an immediate lifting effect.
Who are good candidates for the Mint PDO Thread Lift?
The procedure is recommended for both women and men ages 30-50+ who experience mild to moderate skin laxity in the face and neck, and who are not heavy smokers and/or drinkers. It is also recommended not to have any surgery at least 4 months before the treatment.
Are there any side effects for the Mint PDO Thread Lift?
The MINT PDO thread lift is a very safe procedure, with no serious side effects. Mild bruising, swelling and tenderness are expected after the procedure, which will resolve over 7-14 days.
What are the results?
